• Find a Motionbox video that you want to embed into your Windows Live Spaces blog.
• Find the embed code on the video you want to embed.
• Highlight the code and copy it.

Start a new post

• Once logged into your Windows Live Spaces account, under the 'Blog' section, Click 'Add' to create a new blog entry. You will have a screen that looks like this:
• Click the link that says 'Embed Videos.'
• Paste the embed code from Motionbox into the 'Embed videos' window. Click 'Save'.

View your post

• Click the 'Preview Entry' button. If everything looks good, click 'Publish Entry.'
